Residential & Commercial Services

Pressure Washing

Many homes in Greenville, SC have their property pressure washed to maintain a newer look.  With all the humidity, pollen and red clay around, it is not unusual for homeowners to have their hard surfaces cleaned twice a year to protect it from damage and enhance curb appeal.  Power washing removes contaminants such as mold, mildew, oils and others that can build up and create a slippery surface when wet.

We also provide pressure washing and other exterior cleaning services to commercial businesses.  We understand business needs and operate to satisfy everyone involved, especially to your customers.

Remove stains without damaging surface

Soft Washing

Soft Washing is a method of cleaning we use to kill microorganisms (algae and mold), cut through grime, and remove stains on your property without damaging the surface underneath or killing the nature surrounding.  We use a biodegradable solution on a low-pressure setting to soak the house, let it sit briefly, and do a final rinse for a pristine look.  Excessive exposure to our softwash solution can negatively impact your plants’ growth, so we include watering your plants in our package to dilute any potential threat.

Prolong roof durability

Roof Washing

Getting your roof cleaned in Greenville, SC is a great idea to prolong your roof’s durability, enhance curb appeal, and increase your home’s overall value!  Gloeocapsa Magma is a photosynthesizing bacteria that thrives in warm and humid environments and tends to grow on surfaces that receive prolonged sunlight, such as roofs.  This bacteria eats away at the limestone granules on your roof which reflect UV rays, and your shingles will begin to decay rapidly.  Additionally, this bacteria appears as a dark stain on your roof which absorbs more heat from the sunlight and increases the energy needed to keep your home cool during the summer.  If left long enough, the Gloeocapsa Magma will start to appear as an algae, thanks to its dark greenish-blue color.

Improve air quality and heating efficiency

Window Cleaning

Window cleaning results in many benefits that homeowners might overlook. Clearly it will improve your view from the inside, and the curb appeal from the outside, but did you know having your windows cleaned will also improve your home’s air quality and heating efficiency?  If you have a drafty home, the wind is likely coming from your windows.  Having mold or dust on your windows will then blow into the air you breathe from the wind draft and pollute it.  During the winter, having clean windows will allow more natural light to enter which heats up your home.  Keeping your windows clean can also protect the glass, preventing any type of buildup from etching or cracking the pane.  Finally, having clean windows helps your windows stay functional, as dirt and grime around the sill may work its way into the tracks, making it difficult to slide up or down.

Prevent damage to your home

Gutter Cleaning

Having clean gutters is essential to preventing a domino effect of ruin to your home!  When leaves begin to infiltrate your gutters, this causes water to build-up and overflow down the sides of the gutter, leaving dark streaks from the asphalt on your roof shingles.  Since most gutters are made of aluminum, a special electrostatic bonding occurs and can be quite difficult to remove this stain.  Not only will overflowing gutters leave nasty stripes on your gutters, but this can lead to stagnant water leaking down the siding of your home as well, creating a habitat ideal for mold and mildew to grow.  If you have clogged gutters, heavy water flow will create an unsightly rut in your landscape.  This leads to mud splashing onto your home, erosion, and flooding!  Gutter cleaning in Greenville, SC is especially crucial, as we are in one of the pollen capitals, meaning that the buildup in your gutters can grow entire trees that will cause gutters to sag, break and simply look neglected.
